     The suggested offering is $10 for each individual enrollment requested and $25 for each family enrollment requested.

of the Carmelite Friars at the National Shrine of Our Lady
of Mount Carmel.

• Enrollment in the Guild of Our Lady Health of the Sick.
• Remembrance in the Masses, prayers and good works
of the Carmelite Friars of Our Lady of Mount Carmel
for as long as the graces are needed.
• For those suffering physically, spiritually or emotionally.

Living Enrollment Card (Spiritual Bouquet Card)

• Includes daily Mass remembrance at the National Shrine of Our Lady
of Mount Carmel for one year.
